It depends on how old the puppy was when first given the vaccines from the breeder. If the shote were given at too young of an age then they are going to be ineffective. One good thing about your vet is that he honored the vaccinces that were given. My vet would not accept them! My pup also had 2 series of vaccines before I got her.
The thing is You need to be very careful not to over vaccinate your puppy.
I ended up giving Suzi 2 more rounds of shots + the two the breeder gave. Suzi needs her rabies , and that is all. I will not allow the vet to give her anther round. I am too scared that it is too much for her, if a dog gets too many there are serious consequences.
