All I can say is that people need to be educated and knowlegable. Not to buy a puppy on impulse. AND ask the right questions.
Actually, I did not know about pet stores and puppy mills either until I did some investigating on my own. Pet stores are not going to just say, "these puppies are from puppy mills" with a
on their faces.
