Natures Recipe (available at Petsmart) makes a high fiber, lowfat food that is a pretty good quality food. It's their senior lamb and rice recipe. I fed it to Lady for quite awhile until she became allergic to lamb.

I give Ellie turkey because the breast is extremely lean (it has to be as lean as chicken breast) and it seems to be fine. I would never give dark meat though. Whatever you do, make sure you're comfortable with it.
