I think if they can't break chunks off of it, it should be ok. Just keep an eye on her and see if she slowly wears it down or actually gets chunks from it. I give them to my puppy but she doesnt make a dent in them yet. My dachshund, on the other hand, is a strong chewer and will break it apart. So its not right for him.
