I feel the same way.
just MO. When I was young someone had placed a large rubber band on my poms neck. Well, her hair was so thick we did not see it until we noticed the smell. We have to take her the the vets and have the band rmoved through an operation and then she was on antibiotic for a long tme. It was pretty bad.
