[Deegan's mom]

I was hoping that everyone could assist me in making a list of questions that should be asked when looking to purchase a puppy, and any red flags that I should stay away from.
I'm itching to hear the pitter-patter of puppy paws once again and I can't seem to find my list I had before I got Deegan and I want to make sure I don't forget about anything. Plus, my girlfriend will be looking for a puppy in the near future too and I'll be able to help her make an educated decision as well.
