Weather wise, you just can't beat San Diego. I love, love, love that entire area and there is just so much to offer and they have an entire beach devoted just for the doggies!!!!! There is camping on every single beach along the Pacific coast highway for anyone wanting this option also.
One thing I suggested on my evaluation was that at least one more day added to the agenda is a MUST!!! I was also thinking that the group could hire a dog sitter in a central room of the host hotel (for example, Lisa, Des, Cyndi and I rented a "suite" and it would have been perfect for this) for the better part of a day and we could have a tour of the city for those attending. This was anyone interested would get a chance to see the sights, it would still be as a group so we can continue to get to know each other (as opposed to everyone going their own way ie; Disney) but we wouldn't have to worry about the tour being dog friendly - particularly if there are stops along the way - and no one would need to worry about leaving the furbutts unattended in their hotel room.
Of course, I would also love to visit a city I haven't been to also...........
