No, he isn't neutered...that's why I'm worried. She really needs to get him neutered so he won't act like this. I have separated him to eat and he is doing much better. He has a different food than my dogs so of course the go crazy for it and eat it all before he gets a chance. He's doing much better with eating but he still seems very scared.
...he also peed ALL over my apartment and I solved it with a home made bandanna belly band that was suggested by a YTer...works great!
