Please don't take offence, because it is better to ask questions. But yours are the very basic dog questions. If you need help with these you are in no way ready to breed a dog.
Get your baby neutered as soon as your vet is willing. It is a tad easier, then you won't run the risk of a marker. No guarantees, but more than likely.
Get a few years under your belt, and learn all you can. Get a breeder that you like and trust and work with them. Then you will see if you can afford to breed...
