**UPDATE**
Biggie and I went to the Cardiologist today and he got an echocardiogram which showed that he does NOT have an enlarged heart or heart disease!!
His heart appears larger because he is a smaller dog. The vet did give us medication to treat his collapsed trachea and we're hoping it helps. Thanks for everyone's concern and well wishes.
