I am so glad Baily is ok. MY God that was scary . Glad there is an emergency vet so close by. I have to drive a bit to the nearest one, thankfully Suzi has been ok . Suzi jumps on and off beds and couches, but she is nearly 5lbs, not a tiny Yorkie pup . I did not let her sleep on beds until she was able to get on and off them by herself. SHe was too small when we first got her too .Now she is twice the size and can manage to do that herself. Baily seems like a very tiny Yorkie, and I am very glad she did not hurt herself seriously. It is a better idea not to have them sleep on the bed for safety reasona, I agree.
