I was reading about this yesterday and did you guys know that they busted this woman in 98, she had 500 dogs at that time. But because they did not do it "legally" it was thrown out. It took them 10 (TEN) years to go after her again.
So for 10 years these dogs and puppies suffered because they did NOTHING to stop it for those 10 years!!! THAT makes me just as sick because if they had done their job right this would not be happening.. And why did they not try again to bust her for 10 long years?!
