Just an update. I ended up getting my little baby into the vet today. I guess I am just an over protective mom...
He will get enough moisture from the soft food to keep him from being dehydrated, I just need to change his brand of soft food that he currently has. The breeder sent me with Adult Pedigree. He needs the puppy food, which I planned on getting anyway. It was good news to know he wasnt dehydrated. The vet also feels that he will come around the next couple of days, he is just getting used to us and his new home. We are TOTALLY different than his other home. He has some weight to gain, but all in all he is healthy. The posts have been more than helpful with the situation, like a new mom I was a bit panicky.
