PS..it is much less stressful when the owner leaves..the grooming goes fast, the dog is not upset wanting to get to mom and we have a nice visit, a treat and bit of play time...never had a Yorkie who didn't want to come see me and get groomed if mom left...

My dogs would go insane if I stayed there and watched. When I go to pick them UP...they go insane when they hear my voice or see me. In my case...I know...leaving them there has got to be the best thing.
