A pup who has had loose stools for a week would be an emergency in my opinion. Have you given Nutrical? Are her gums pink? It could be the food but it could also be something a lot more serious. Since the appt. is only two hours away it is hard to say what you should do but it would not be wrong to take her to an emergency vet.
