I think it is a good thing to watch the groomer because you know what is going on and could stop them if they are doing something wrong before its too late. I mean we watch our hair stylists to see what they are doing. You are the one paying so you should be able to see what is going on.

But unfortunately most groomers don't let you watch and have the drop off pick up system. Just make sure you trust the groomer will do what is asked. I have heard lots of stories here about bad groomers so you need to be very selective.

I am glad I found a groomer that lets me watch. I tell her what I want as she is doing it and we work together to achieve the look I like.
