Hey there! Jamie is 4.5 lbs and he eats 3. I think the calculator is really dependent on activity level. Because if I do Jamie at 4 lbs with Average Activity it says 2 oz but at Very Active it says 3.1 oz. So I feed him 3 medallions along with yogurt in the morning and some Cheerios for after dinner treats.
