I just got my 14 week Yorkie pup and he can't hold it all night so I get up at 2 am for a potty break. You might have to consider that until yours can hold it all night. It's a pain at first, but mine caught on to the idea really quickly. Now when I wake him up and put him on his puppy pad he just stays there until he goes, then he goes right back to sleep!
