After years of using paypal it now states I am over my limit...hasn't worked for 3 months..nothing I do corrects it.
How can I be over my limit since the balance is paid in full each month when I receive my charge card statment??? There is NO balance...nothing works to fix it!!! I understand your problem all too well..... |
