It's for walking. I live in an apartment, so I don't have a backyard. The only time he gets to go outside is with a collar and leash. So I'm trying to let him get used to wearing one. We've been putting it on for a little longer every day so he can slowly get used to it. Still bothers him, but hopefully not for much longer! |
