WHAT DO I DO???? I pushed him off my leg and said no.... but a few seconds later he was doing it again......... so I put him in time out in his crate for a about 1 minute, but had to take him out because I felt so sorry for putting him in there.......

You really shouldn't use his crate to punish him (time out)...JMO
