Ok, I had to check that once. Because if you didn't have bank verified and used debit/credit card...they do something to force you to enter bank info. They won't let you order over that amount. Gotta love marketing!
Ok, try this. Go to your Tools on your web browser. Click "Clear Private Data" on Mozilla/firefox. Check all the boxes and "Clear Private Data Now" browser may have "cached" or save how it uploaded wrong the first time, thus repeating other times.
On I.E. 7 click Tools, Options
"General Tab"..."Delete Browsing History"
Try that and see if it works.
