Awww, that's so sweet. I bet he likes to hear and feel your heart beating. Try propping a pillow under your arm. Hot Rod used to want me to hold him also. I've been able to switch him to a regular bed pillow on my lap. This is my special time with him, just before bed we turn the lights down and he curls up on a pillow in my lap and goes to sleep (I do too most of the time). I love it.
