Latte loves tilapia especially fresh cooked. I cook it outside on a piece of foil on the grill so it doesn't stink up the house. I also buy whole bags of frozen whiting at the grocery store and cook up a bunch for the week. (Ever since my DH and I saw tilapia on Dirty Jobs being used to clean the bottom of a sewage tank, we can't bring ourselves to eat it.
