So I was at my neighbors today because she rescued a little puppy and I had to go see. He's a cutie but has a rash on his belly. She's not sure how old is he but, I don't think he's as old as Meeko. He seems more hyper and active and playful. Anyway she said he'd been scratching but not a lot. She just notices it 2 days ago. It's under his armpits and on his chest and tummy. It's more on his chest but it's hard to see through the pictures because his chest hair is white/ light tan. I looks through his bad and don't see any red spots on his back or head. She asked for my advice but I wasn't sure what it could be. I told her to send me pictures of it and I'd ask you girls. She said she hasn't given him any new food or treats, and he doesn't seem to have any fleas. I combed through him with my flea comb and didn't see any or any flea dirt. Any ideas? I'll post the pictures she sent me but, it's hard to see in some of them.
