When I spoke to my endocronologist and the breast surgeon they both told me the best thing is for a good multivitamin (I am taking womens' one a day) and also a calcium supplement in addition to that. I was told if you eat the right meals and take your vitamins it's better than any of those dietary supplements that may throw your metabolism out of wack. Which will cause you to gaine more weight.
