Did you know that Puppymills are legal? I'm not saying that this breeder is a puppymill because I haven't seen her and her dogs in person, but she's obviously not a reputable breeder with that many breeds and dogs, among other reasons. My point is that USDA licensing is NOT a good thing...it is for breeders that own many dogs and sell their dogs commercially. Breeders that only sell directly to the public do not need this licensing. Unfortunately, the USDA has VERY low standard for how dogs must be kept...puppymills that barely meet the required minimums are allowed to stay in business by the USDA. So saying that she is USDA licensed just isn't making much of a case for her in my opinion.

Purchasing from backyard breeders, pet shops, and puppymills perpetuates the suffering of other dogs.
Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
