Everything else you state may be fact but this part is completely incorrect.
With all due respect Starmye had nothing to do with the puppy she had pictured on her site with Miley Cyrus. The picture has been removed from her site at the request of a lawyer representing the owner of the picture. Apparently she mistakenly assumed the puppy was one of hers. To imply that Miley Cyrus sought her out and approves of, or endorses her in any way is strictly fabrication.
