I was hoping to join a fitness/weight loss center in my area (Metabolic Research Center)...I have toyed w/ the idea for a long time. So, today, I thought I would do a good search about it, before I put so much money into it.
It seems like, they really push supplements and some sort of drink mix.

But they do have a cookbook, have meetings, etc.
Anyway, I was thinking...I can do it on my own and NOT have to buy their high price supplements.
I found a site where a group of people are tracking their progress on this plan...and most of them take Flax (or Primrose or fish) Oil and a multi-vitamin. Some add Liquid Minerals or Corti Trim (don't know what that is), or All Day Weight Loss (?), etc.
I have been eating healthier, etc....just needed good supplements to help.
So.... do you take any supplements or diet aids, which ones and why? (what are the benefits, where do you get them, price, etc).
