I understand how you feel. My wee Calleigh was spayed in May and I couldn't sleep the night before and was a nervous wreak the day I took her in. I stayed with her while they gave her the sedative to calm her down, but then I had to leave.
She is 3.9 lbs and very has very tiny bones. She did very, very well, but like you, I spoiled her rotten when I got her home and kept her ner me all day. Good luck and let me know how everything turns out for you and your wee sweetie.
