I left dry food out at all times when my girl was pregnant. I would also give her canned puppy food 2 times a day ( just a couple tablespoons mixed with little dry) I think it is on average they gain about 1/2 pound per puppy. So keep that in mind, and she will be ghastly thin after she delivers, so I would let her eat as she wants
