Hi and welcome to YT!!! I used to keep ferrets and as babies they love to nip!!! I used to buy bitter apple/lime spray from my vets (some pet shops sell it also). It's generally used to discourage animals from chewing themselves if they have sores/wounds but works great as a nipping deterrent too!!! Spray it over your hands (and anywhere else she loves to nip!) before playing/cuddling her (let it dry on), I used to pour some into a small travel spray bottle to keep in my pocket/bag!!!
