The only thing I don't agree about the new regulations is limiting the number of animals a household has. That's like telling someone they can only have a certain number of children. If you're not going to pass a law limiting the number of children a person can have, then you shouldn't be able to limit the number of pets someone can have. As long as they are well cared for and cause no problems for neighbors then someone should be able to have as many as they wish. |
Alot of cities have limits on how many animals you can have. I know Fort Woth says you can only have up to 3 of each speicies. For example 3 dogs and 3 cats. I think they put limits to help prevent situations where someone gets over ran by pets and the SPCA has to rescue those poor babies from horrible conditions.
