I know that Joey isn't the same breed as Toto, but I think it would be cute for me to dress up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and carry Joey with me and he can be Toto - plus, that means he could hang out with Mommy all night and possibly get into venues that he wouldn't normally be allowed in
