Very tragic, I am so sorry for your loss of Mr. Koko. I would take your neighbor to small claims court for the loss of your dog and I would also have him picked up by animal control.
The loss of a pet is so tragic and different people take different amounts of time to recover from their loss. Only you will know when it is time to get a new dog, it may be 2 months or 2 years. No one can tell you that because it is different for everyone. My heart goes out to you. |
