People are so rude! I wish they would keep negative comments to themselves. And as for as big dogs being more "manly" or "macho", I feel much safer with my daughter's 4lb chihuahua sleeping at the foot of her bed than I would if it was my 40lb springer spaniel. If a burgular did try to break in Roscoe(springer) would run and hide behind mommy.....Fiona(chi) would chew their leg off......or at least a toe!
