Ok - I think the consensus is pretty clear about how we all feel regarding pet stores, and we all know that they are pretty much what keep puppymills going... I feel the same as everyone else, I don't like them
at all and refuse to support them in anyway, shape or form. But my question/thought is what about those poor puppies/animals that get caught in there?? It's no fault of their own that that's where they ended up and they deserve loving, nuturing homes just like our own dogs... It drives me crazy thinking about how they ended up there and because we don't want to support the mills, we don't give them a chance too. Am I the only one who feels like this? And what can we do to help them have a fighting chance at finding a good home to people that can love, take care of them & spoil them compared to people who don't always know what they are getting into and plop down the cash???
It breaks my heart that they're in there!
