If you want to make it yourself, Simplicity has pattern #4325, that has a tuxedo and wedding dress in it, along with two different rain coats. I think you could do either of the raincoats (one has a hood, but you could leave that off); the other one is what I got the pattern for ~ you could just do it in a different fabric I think and it would be cute. I will try to take a photo of the front or find it online if you're interested!
