 Top Knot
I use the rubber bands they sell on ebay for toy dogs. They are very small and do not pull Katie's hair much (she's the one in my avatar), but do stay in even if she starts rubbing her head on the pillows and such. She's not much for bows, but sometimes for pic sake, I put a bow over the rubber band without a problem.
