i was very much addicted to diet coke...i stopped cold turkey in Jan. of this year....it has been very hard....i still think of it all of the time.....just dont let myself give in.....i have actually gained about 5 pounds as i am now addicted to sweet tea....so gofigure...i think you give one up for another.....good luck
