This sounds like a classic case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome and that is something you don't want to mess with. You should take him to the vet with the history of his troubles written out. I'm sure the vet will recommend he be on and I/D formula dog food and absolutely nothing else, no treats, no nutrical, no chicken, no biscuits. He should stay on that restricted diet for at least a month then you can try to reintroduce biscuits slowly. Try to find the highest quality biscuit available in your area.

I see many on the list feed their dogs chicken on top of their dog food. I don't know where that notion came from but adding extra protein to a well balanced dog food just doesn't make any sense especially in yorkies who tend to have digestive problems and liver problems. They do not need extra protein unless prescribed by a vet.
