Ok
I can name a few reasons why I have not called animal control,,,
1-Thought Vegasrush might take her
2- I have no I dea where she lives I only have a phone number that she does not answer
3- I was not sure she was even chained for sure or without food or water
4- Her town is not a no kill shelter.. 3 days and theya re put to sleep.
5-SIL is not even sure of the address. Has never had an address just had her lead her to her home to see her new home. she just got married
I am not even sure what to do now. I really though I was being helpful and now it looks like she may be put in a shelter or put to sleep :-(
This is the very first time I have ever even seen her . I dont know anything about the lady who has her and jsut am going by sil who does not even live near her she lives 2 states away but passed through going back home from Idaho , didnt have an address so stopped in her town called her and her husband led her to their new house. I am not super sure what exact town she lives in only an area
