I know that Petco and Petsmart carriers these. They call them mail diapers and they are in the same aisle as the potty pads. I'd look these two places first. I don't know of any place that could custom make and ship one to you by then.

I hope you can purchase one at these stores

The brand I'm familiar with is Simple Solutions.
