It's possible that he has some poodle in him, but his ears look all yorkie. I think all dogs have "some" poodle in them. What I trying to say is that the different breeds were selectively chosen for certain traits that they displayed, but sometime other traits "pop up." I have seen yorkiepoos that look just like a yorkie and others that favor the poodle. I don't know how common curly hair is in yorkies, lots of people keep their yorkies hair clipped short, and you wouldn't be able to tell.
