Deegan is 5 months now, and he's been sleeping through the night for the past month and a half. He probably could have slept through sooner than that, but I would set my alarm to get up around 2 or 3am, to let him out to potty. Then I just slowly weaned him off of those midnight pee breaks, as I was really missing the full nights sleep myself. And he's been fine with that.
