I agree with you. It sometimes seems like journalists want to get the most shocking, heatbreaking, or unbelievable story from the hurricane (or any other event) to get and keep audiences. I realize that it's news because it happened, but sometimes jounalists take advantage of victims' vulnerability and grief. However, at least someone like you was watching and able to make some good of the situation- I hope more people realize how fortunate they are to have their famililes safe with them. |
