My two are both on W/D and I've bought I/D before...I think they all cost the same~ the cans are almost $2 each here; I think we buy 6 cans for almost $11. The 10 lb bag of dry food costs us about $18 I think. And I've bought it from 3 different vets here and one in N. CA and they're all pretty close in price.

Before I had Madison, one can lasted Max 3 days and the dry food lasted a long time. I only give him about 1/3 of a can per day and I give him maybe 1/3 cup of the kibble as "snacks" throughout the day.

Good luck with your baby! It sounds like you have a good vet, which is always a good thing!
