He tried to help and it was no use, we could not undo it..so he got cutters and cut off her collar! I am just sick to think if this had happened when no one was home!
I don't think I could make the collar any tighter...then it would be too tight!

Lilly doesn't wear collars at all but I know a few people on here put them on their Yorkies for tags and everything. Your best bet if she absolutely needs a collar is to take it off when she doesn't need it, especially at night and when you're gone.
