Can anyone give me some advice on some questions to ask the vet or any concerns I should express?

Mia's spay, teeth extraction and microchipping is this Thursday!! I'm so worried!!!!

I will be bringing her home for the night after her surgery... but only by signed contract/waiver that they aren't responsible for any complications once she leaves their office!
