Still no electricity this morning but we'll still travel there anyway. If I must, I can stay at my mom's or sister's homes.

Crossing my fingers there will be electricity by the time we arrive.

What is devastating is waking up to see that water from Lake Ponchartrain bridged the 17th Street Canal levees and is pouring into New Orleans. Absolutely awful.

Have ya'll seen the photos of the Hyatt Regency Hotel with all the windows blown out? That hotel is adjacent to the Superdome.
